Shipping policy

1. Worldwide Shipping:

We are proud to offer worldwide shipping to our customers. Shipping prices vary depending on the destination and can be found in the shipping section during checkout.

2. Order Processing:

Orders process will take 3-4 business days, both for local and international destinations. You will receive confirmation via email of your order being processed 

3. Shipping Times:

  •   Local Orders: Typically arrive within 1-2 weeks after shipping.
  •   International Orders: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

4. Preorder Items:

  •   Processing Time: Preorder items require 4-8 weeks for processing before shipping.
  •   Chargebacks: Any chargebacks initiated before the 8 week processing period has concluded are considered premature and should be overturned immediately. By placing a preorder, customers acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.

5. Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will update you and provide you with a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your number

6. Customs and import Duties:

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

7. Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs processing). We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. GARDEIN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES THROUGH SHIPMENT!! CONTACT SHIPPING CARRIER IF LOST.
